What is the cost?
Buyer's never pay a consulting fee or commission to Blue Fence Real Estate
when purchasing a home. The consulting fee or commission is paid to Blue
Fence by the seller. It is in your best interest to use a Blue Fence agent when
purchasing a home and it's free!
I saw a house that is for sale and has another real estate company's sign out
front. Do I call the number & agent on the sign?
The sign outside the house is the listing brokerage also known as the listing
agent and they represent the interests of the seller of the house. While you can
call them and they can also represent you as the buyer, it is in your best interest to
have an agent looking out for only your interests. As a member of the Multiple
Listing Service of Northern Illinois, your Blue Fence agent can show you any
house anywhere in Chicagoland that is for sale with any real estate company. Just
give your agent the address of the house you saw for sale and they can schedule
a showing and send you additional information.
There is a house that I would like to find out more information on but it is listed
For Sale By Owner, can you show me the home?
Yes. In most cases, the For Sale By Owner will agree to work with your Blue Fence
agent. Just give your agent the address of the home and they will take care of the
rest.

years in between each purchase. Even if you've done it before, laws and
