Builders have agents and employees working on their behalf,
wouldn't you want someone to work on your behalf? Do not be
fooled, the sales agents working in the builder sales offices might
seem to have your interests in mind, but they also have sales
quotas to meet each month and usually profit greatly on selling
unnecessary upgrades.

Your Blue Fence agent is there to represent you, your interest and
help you get the best deal on a new property. In addition, a Blue
Fence agent can guide you through the entire process of picking lot
or unit location, colors and upgrades that will increase your resale
value.

The advantages of working with Blue Fence on new construction

Price: you may be able to get a better price if a Blue Fence agent
negotiates on your behalf.

Other incentives: builders usually offer incentives to buyers. We will

Cost to use a Blue Fence agent: Nothing. Your Blue Fence agent
will be paid by the builder, usually 2-3% of the base price of the
property. Although, your agent is being paid by the builder, Illinois
License Law dictates that your Blue Fence agent has a fiduciary
responsibility to you and only you.

construction developments. In most cases, your agent will need to
