William is a licensed real estate broker who aims to merge his previous professional experience with his educational background to assist his clients in having an optimal buying or selling experience.
William is a lifelong resident of Illinois. He grew up modestly in a rural community where he excelled in athletics and other activities, affording him the ability to play both baseball and basketball competitively at the collegiate level. After having achieved his BA in Psychology at a small private college, he brought his small town ethics, competitive spirit and education to the Chicagoland area in 1995 where he quickly became established in the technology industry.
His sustained success in this market was primarily based on his ability to fully and uniquely understand his clients’ needs. This provides the foundation for a trusted relationship. The ability to establish this relationship, combined with his “do the right thing” approach to business and ability to successfully work with relevant parties on both sides of the negotiation process, has created a formula for success regardless of the industry he supports.
William strives to make the process associated with any residential real estate transaction (buying, selling, or renting) a pleasurable, lucrative and stress free affair. And as an active member of the real estate market, both as a home owner and rental property provider, he brings current and relevant personal experience to the table in support of each and every client he serves.
